Terms

These terms cover the Inhands website, the free Supplier API Checker and the Inhands pilot. Inhands is run by Daniel Stefan, based in the European Union. This is a draft: final terms, with full company details, will be in place before any paid plan starts. Contact: hello@inhands.app.

The pilot

• The pilot is free for 2 weeks and either side can end it at any time.
• Inhands is early software. It will sometimes misread an email or miss an update, which is why we review the exception inbox by hand during the pilot. Don’t rely on it as your only way of tracking an order.
• Nothing is emailed to your suppliers or clients without someone on your team approving it. You’re responsible for the emails you approve.
• After the pilot, the founding price is $199 per month, locked for 12 months, if you choose to continue. Nothing is charged automatically when the pilot ends.

Your data and your accounts

• You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to run Inhands for you, as described in the privacy policy.
• Only add supplier credentials you’re allowed to use, and only forward emails you’re allowed to share with a service provider.
• When you leave, we delete your data on request, and in any case within 30 days of the end of the pilot unless you continue.

The Supplier API Checker and adoption report

The checker and the PromoStandards adoption report are free and based on the public PromoStandards registry. We sync it nightly but can’t guarantee it’s complete or current, and a listing doesn’t mean your account has API access. Inhands is not affiliated with PromoStandards or any supplier named on the site.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Inhands to send spam, to access data you’re not authorized to access, or to overload the service or the supplier APIs it connects to.

Liability

Inhands is provided as is during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses such as a missed event date or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes

We’ll post changes here and update the date at the top. For material changes during a pilot, we’ll email you.
